For Clarence Hartzell/Uncle Fletcher fans:
ReplyDeleteTake a listen to the local WMAQ Chicago radio program "Case Dismissed" episode of March 20, 1954 titled "Rights When Arrested". Hartzell plays a hilariously thick-witted sheriff who is so stubborn and bull headed he makes Uncle Fletch sound like a spineless milksop. On top of that, as an inside joke, the main character on the program, the victim of Hartzell's sheriff's bull-headed stubbornness is named Mr. (Ed) Fletcher!!!
