It's only 1934 and writer Paul Rhymer has learned the art of maiming Vic's ego by goofing up his likeness in the newspaper; this remains one of the joys of every Vic and Sade fan. It's not explained in this script why Vic is the "Infant Prince" or what exactly the honor is all about, but I suspect the lodge looked at baby pictures and voted on a 'cutest baby' or some such thing. What does seem apparent is a missing episode or two preceding this one and it probably explained all those details.
Probably so probably so. Vic's a good boy! Or so Uncle Fletcher would say if he met a young Vic.
